We, the OFFICERS & MEMBERS of the BWD Pledge to:

Provide the most basic substance on earth which is potable water at a very affordable rate;

Provide 24 hours service a day;

Respond to complaints, received either telephone or walk-in the soonest possible time and take corrective measures; Give preferential attention to he needy one's;

Provide and operate waste water collections treatment and disposal facilities;

Conduct such other functions and operations incidental to water resource development, utilization and disposal within the district

Above all
